Eddie Davey Guesthouse

The Eddie Davey Guesthouse is located at the end of Ngurrin St, across the road from the Land & Sea Guesthouse. The Guesthouse has a breezeway through the middle section of the building with rooms located either side of the breezeway. There are 11 rooms in total. Each room contains its own ensuite and a small kitchenette equipped with microwave, kettle & toaster. There is a communal laundry and BBQ.

Rates per room for the Eddie Davey Guesthouse

Single occupancy: $225 per night (incl GST)
double occupancy: $250 per night (incl GST)

Land & Sea Guesthouse

The Land & Sea Guesthouse is located near the end of Ngurrin St (next to child safety house). There is one self-contained unit down one side of the building. The remainder of the building has 5 individual bedroom units, a communal kitchen, communal TV/Lounge room and communal bathrooms.

Rates per room for the Land & Sea Guesthouse

Self-contained Room:

Single occupancy: $225 per night (incl GST)
double occupancy: $250 per night (incl GST)

Individual Bedroom Unit with communal facilities

Single occupancy: $175 per night (incl GST)
Double occupancy: $200 per night (incl GST)

Cancellation Policy

Please note that accommodation cancellations of less than 2 business days prior to arrival time of 2pm on your arrival date will require full booking payment to be made. No shows will also require full booking payment to be made. Please note that accommodation fees are still payable in circumstances beyond Council’s control (i.e., flight cancellations, inclement weather, etc).

Please ensure that you have travel Insurance in place.
